AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION: Provides English/Spanish bilingual information about and referrals to appropriate health and human services throughout Arizona. Follows up on some calls. Identifies gaps in services and unmet needs. Reports services requested and unmet needs assessment to legislators and municipal leaders. Provides information about and referrals to local and national organizations helping with disaster relief and recovery efforts within Arizona and efforts outside of the state to which Arizonans are responding.
