NAZCARE, INC.

MISSION: A nonprofit providing quality recovery services to adults with mental, co-occurring and substance use disorders. Our mission is to provide mental health consumer-operated support, education, and training services to mental health consumers in northern Arizona. NAZCARE, Inc. supportive housing provides safe, affordable, and well-maintained housing facilities that encourage and support recovery programs, services and personal development.

NEW HORIZONS DISABILITY EMPOWERMENT CENTER (previously New Horizons Independent Living Center)

MISSION:  To provide programs and services in Northern Arizona which encourage and empower people with disabilities to self-determine the goals and activities of their lives.

PRESCOTT TRANSIT DIAL-A-RIDE

PRESCOTT TRANSIT DIAL-A-RIDE

MISSION: The Company provides door-to-door sedan service and merchandise (take-out food, prescriptions, etc.) pick-up and delivery service in Prescott and throughout the quad-city area. Dial-A-Ride services are distinguished by clean, well-maintained vehicles, reasonable fares, prompt pick-ups and courteous Dial-A-Ride drivers.

PRESCOTT VALLEY EARLY BIRD LIONS CLUB

MISSION: The Prescott Valley Early Bird Lions Club’s primary service is to provide eye exams and eye glasses to those in need in the community.

YAVAPAI ASPERGER SYNDROME SUPPORT GROUP

MISSION: To provide free community support for people who have been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger Syndrome (A.S.) or for people who love someone with A.S.D. or A.S.

YAVAPAI CASA FOR KIDS FOUNDATION

MISSION:  To serve the unmet needs of abused, neglected and/or abandoned youth up to age 21 who are or have been in the care of the Court and to support the work of the CASA program and the CASA volunteers.

To provide public transportation between Chino Valley and Prescott by utilizing 9 and 15 passengers air conditioned buses. Bringing the Tri-City area together for people who have difficulties commuting from town to town.
